How do I choose between a limo bus or a charter coach?

It depends what you are doing…Here is the difference: a coach has individual seats which all face forward. A limo bus has all the features of a limousine: wrap-around seating, limousine lighting and sound, ipod hookup, flat screens for dvds and holders for wine glasses. If you are trying to get guests from A to B, a charter coach is probably the better choice. If you are looking for a more social arrangement or on a wine tour, team bulding or event outing, a limo bus will be the better choice.

How far in advance do we need to book?

As soon as you know you want to do it. Our vehicles get booked early, especially during harvest and summer months. Never hesitate to check availability because we have cancellations from time to time.

How do we book?

It is best to call us to book our large vehicles. Details vary and we want to customize each tour.

What about a deposit and cancellation fee?

We have a $500 deposit for each large vehicle due 30 days prior to the date of the tour. Any cancellation after 30 days forfeits the deposit.

Can we have a guide on the tour?

Absolutely! We welcome it. A guide facilitates the flow of the tour, keeps the group on time, and provides a myriad of facts and information. The guide will also answer any questions your guests have about Wine Country.

Will you make the winery appointments and meal arrangements?

Of course! Once you make a reservation with us, we offer one-hour complimentary concierge service to help you create the ideal itinerary. We will then make the appointments at the wineries and restaurants you select.

What are your credentials for carrying minors?

SPAB certified, School People Activity Bus, regulated by the Department of Transportation and the CHP. We are very proud of this credential and continue yearly schooling and inspections. This goes for our drivers and our vehicles.
