Napa Valley Wine Country Tours offers you the perfect way to gather with friends and collegues for a night on the town, a day in the wine country or to celebrate that special event in style. Our fleet includes state of the art limousine buses complemented with features and amenities for even the most discerning client.
Play a slide show, a powerpoint presentation or watch a DVD on the big plasma. Dance to your music. Whatever you interest these beauties will boost your experience. The wrap-around seating makes it perfect for viewing the scenic beauty or toasting while wine tasting in the valley. The only disappointment is that eventually the day will end and we will have to take you home.
It depends what you are doing…Here is the difference: a coach has individual seats which all face forward. A limo bus has all the features of a limousine: wrap-around seating, limousine lighting and sound, ipod hookup, flat screens for dvds and holders for wine glasses. If you are trying to get guests from A to B, a charter coach is probably the better choice. If you are looking for a more social arrangement or on a wine tour, team bulding or event outing, a limo bus will be the better choice.
As soon as you know you want to do it. Our vehicles get booked early, especially during harvest and summer months. Never hesitate to check availability because we have cancellations from time to time.
It is best to call us to book our large vehicles. Details vary and we want to customize each tour.
We have a $500 deposit for each large vehicle due 30 days prior to the date of the tour. Any cancellation after 30 days forfeits the deposit.
Absolutely! We welcome it. A guide facilitates the flow of the tour, keeps the group on time, and provides a myriad of facts and information. The guide will also answer any questions your guests have about Wine Country.
Of course! Once you make a reservation with us, we offer one-hour complimentary concierge service to help you create the ideal itinerary. We will then make the appointments at the wineries and restaurants you select.
